PICKAWAY COUNTY, Ohio — Law enforcement along with EMS responded to an accident near route 23, and route 762 in Pickaway County. It happened around 4 p.m. today.
The Ohio Department of Transportation confirmed that parts of route 23 were restricted at this hour.
