ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — Multiple fire departments were dispatched to Falls Road in Ross County around 7:30 p.m., Sunday for a large barn fire.

According to reports on the scene, the barn was engulfed in flames before firefighters arrived.

Firefighters requested additional manpower, along with tanker trucks to help battle the blaze. The large size of the barn added extra difficulty for firefighters on the ground, officials said.

South-Central Power was requested to the scene to help with downed power lines.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
