JACKSON COUNTY, Ohio — A Jackson County couple has been indicted by a grand jury in connection with the overdose death of a 4-year-old.
According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, around 10 a.m. on June 15, 9-1-1 dispatchers received a call regarding an unresponsive child.
