BAINBRIDGE, Ohio — A local auction house was the victim of thieves on Friday. According to the owner, nearly $60,000 worth of items were stolen from their property.
Deputies responded to the 3000 block of route 50 in Bainbridge. Reports read that the back door of the auction house was busted open, and tire tracks were seen leaving the area. The owners told deputies that nearly 7,000 rounds of ammunition were also taken, in addition to the other items.
Deputies investigated the scene and filed a report. No further details were immediately released, and the incident remains under investigation.
