PICKAWAY COUNTY, Ohio — A two-vehicle accident has traffic tied up on route 23 Thursday afternoon. The accident occurred shortly before 5 p.m.
According to the Ohio Highway Patrol, an accident with injuries was reported along the highway at route 752 in Pickaway County.
EMS responded to the scene to treat those injured. One person was later taken to Adena Regional Medical Center with neck and back injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
Troopers with the patrol have asked motorists to avoid the area.
