Troopers with the Ohio Highway Patrol and EMS from Pike County responded to a two-vehicle crash along route 32.
According to reports, Terry Searls, 66, Bidwell, was driving a 2008 Chevy Malibu on route 32 when troopers say, he failed to yield when turning left on route 23.
Colton Farmer, 25, Piketon was driving a 2003 Pontiac Bonneville eastbound when Searls struck the vehicle.
A passenger of Searls, Roger Graham, 44, Jackson, suffered fatal injuries in the crash. Officials said Graham was pronounced dead at the scene by the Pike County Coroner.
Reports say neither driver was injured in the wreck.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation and no further details were immediately released.
