ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A Ross County woman says she doesn’t know what caused her to slam her vehicle into a residence on Lowell Avenue in the village of Frankfort.
Ross County Sheriff Deputies responded to the residence around 8 a.m. Wednesday morning. According to initial reports, a 2015 Honda Civic driven by Megan Parsons of Frankfort left the roadway and struck the garage of the Lowell Avenue home.
Deputies with the Sheriff’s Office said the garage suffered structural damage in the collision. Parsons told law enforcement that she had just dropped her child off at school when the accident occurred.
Officials asked the woman if she was under the influence of anything at the time of the crash. The driver, Megan Parsons, told deputies that she was not and could not recall what led up to the wreck.
The incident, according to authorities, remains under investigation. There were no further details immediately released by the Sheriff’s Office.
