Washington, D.C. — The Federal Bureau of Investigations is asking the public for help finding out the identity of a sexual predator.
A man, only described as John Doe 45 by federal authorities, was first seen in a video recorded by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in June 2020.
Federal investigators said the video showed the unidentified man with a young child. The video, officials say, was created between January and April of 2019.
The FBI describes the man in the video as a white male with brown hair and a brown beard and mustache.
