CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — The Columbus Symphony Orchestra will be holding a holiday concert spectacular in Chillicothe.
The event, according to organizers, will be held at Ohio University Chillicothe’s Shoemaker Center on December 18.
The City of Chillicothe and the Chillicothe-Ross Community Foundation have sponsored this family-friendly event.
Proceeds, officials say, will benefit local programs in the fine arts.
The concert will kick off with the Chillicothe High School Orchestra at 4 p.m., followed by the Columbus Symphony Orchestra at 5 p.m.
Tickets for the event are $20 for general admission for adults and $5 for children 12 and younger.
Organizers with the event say tickets will be sold at the door, but purchasing them in advance is recommended to ensure your seat. Tickets for the concert can be purchased online at www.eventbrite.com/e/holiday-pops-spectacular-columbus-symphony-in-chillicothe-tickets-216268022477
All staff, volunteers, and audience members (age 5+) will be required to wear a mask.
