PICKAWAY COUNTY, Ohio — After being indicted by a grand jury on multiple counts of receiving stolen property, a Pickaway County man was arrested on Thursday and charged with receiving stolen property.
The arrest of 55-year-old David McCain, according to Pickaway County Sheriff Matthew O. Hafey, was made as part of an ongoing criminal investigation into the theft of several trailers from Columbus.
A number of stolen trailers and other items were recovered from D & J Towing, which is located at 2150 North Court Street in the city of Circleville, by detectives from the Columbus Division of Police and the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office on December 29, 2021.
