ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — Firefighters in Ross County battled a blaze Saturday evening.
The call came in shortly after 6:30 p.m. for a structure fire on Lunbeck Road in Scioto Township, just south of Chillicothe.
Upon arrival, firefighters began a fight to save the home.
Initial reports said the fire began in the attached garage.
Multiple townships rushed to the scene after requests for additional tankers were sent out across the county.
The cause of the fire has yet to be determined by officials.
The incident remains under investigation.
