ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — While trying to serve an arrest warrant, the Ross County Sheriff’s Office and members of the Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team of the United States Marshals located a drug trafficking operation.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, the wanted subject was not at the residence at the time. One person at the home granted the team entry. Inside, reports say, were suspected drugs and other paraphernalia.
Detectives say 25 grams of suspected crack cocaine, nearly 6 grams of fentanyl, prescription pills, and over $20,000 in cash were seized.
The case remains under investigation, and no further details were immediately released.
