The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Jackson, Vinton, Pike, and Scioto Counties until 2:03 p.m.
According to NWS, a severe thunderstorm was located near Portsmouth moving northeast at 55 miles per hour. Hazards associated with this storm include penny-sized hail and 60-mile-per-hour winds.
