PIKE COUNTY, Ohio — A Pike County man was killed in an early-morning crash.
According to the Ohio Highway Patrol, John D. Lightle, 49, of Waverly, was killed Friday morning when his vehicle veered off the road.
The crash occurred around 1:30 a.m. along Buchanan Road near Route 772.
Lightle was pronounced dead at the scene by the Pike County Coroner’s Office.
The crash, officials say, remains under investigation.
