CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Medics, along with officers from Chillicothe’s Police Department responded to a reported shooting Friday afternoon.
9-1-1 dispatchers received a call shortly before 4 p.m. about a man who was shot in the leg in the 200 block of Chestnut Street.
Law enforcement has not released any additional details. The events leading up to the shooting or the extent of injuries were not immediatly released. The names of those involved were not known publicly.
The case remains under investigation.
