ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — The legendary “Bo Duke” is heading to the Atomic Speedway in Ross County and the community is invited.
Actor and musician John Schneider will bring his “Bo’s Extravaganza” roadshow to the Atomic Speedway next month.
According to the Chillicothe Visitors Bureau, the event is scheduled for May 6 through May 8. Organizers say that the weekend music festival will also bring residents the opportunity “to ride with Bo” in the General Lee.
The event starts Friday night with a VIP meet and greet with the actor as well as a drive-in movie experience. “Poker Run”, a movie written by Schneider and his wife, Alicia Allain will be featured. The film is a sequel to the 2020 “Stand On It” film, which paid tribute to “Smokey and the Bandit”.
