PICKAWAY COUNTY, Ohio— A serious traffic crash has caused traffic backups along route 23 in Pickaway County.
According to initial reports, a two-vehicle accident with injuries occurred at the intersection of route 23 and Little Walnut Creek Road.
Fire and rescue personnel were dispatched to the area shortly after 3:00 p.m. The Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office reported that some of the individuals involved in the crash had to be extricated from the vehicle.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
The names of those involved and the extent of any injuries were not immediately released.
