ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — Law enforcement is investigating an alledged assault that occurred yesterday on Storts Road in Ross County.
The victim told deputies that he was at a friend’s home when he was attacked by a man wielding a baseball bat.
He was transported to Adena Regional Medical Center in Greenfield where he was evaluated for his injuries and later released.
The victim told deputies that he had stepped outside of his friends when he was attacked.
Authorities say the incident remains under investigation and charges could be forthcoming.
