CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — A Circleville man was indicted this week in connection with a drive-by shooting in Ross County
Danny Hunley was arrested earlier this month after investigators said he opened fire at a home on Bush Mill Road.
According to reports at the time, a 9-1-1 caller told deputies that a man driving a small black car drove by their residence and opened fire.
Hunley was taken into custody after members of the Ross-Fayette Joint Emergency Response Team served an arrest warrant on him.
He currently faces charges of felonious assault and discharging a firearm on or near prohibited premises.
If convicted, Hunley could spend up to 11 years in prison.
In total, the Ross County Grand Jury returned 18 indictments this week.
