CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — A Chillicothe man was arrested again for public indecency.

On Sunday, officers with the Chillicothe Police Department responded to the Sack n’ Save grocery store on Main Street.

Store employees told officers that 33-year-old Kaleb Campbell was in the store with no shirt, wearing shorts that he had lowered, revealing “his genitals.”

The police, reports say, confronted the man, who was also carrying an open beer can that he had yet to pay for. Campbell was arrested and later barred from the property.

Arrest records obtained by the Guardian show the recent incident of public indecency was Campbell’s eighth charge. Individuals close to Campbell tell us that he suffers from mental health disorders.

Campbell remains in custody at the Ross County Jail on a $500 bond.
