ROSS COUNTY, Ohio— The Ross County Sheriff’s Office returned to the scene of a stabbing that happened Wednesday afternoon. This time, reports say, the soon-to-be brother-in-law of the victim attempted to assault and stab him.
On Wednesday, the Guardian broke the story of the first altercation at the residence between the soon-to-be father-in-law and his daughter’s fiance. Reports say the daughter’s fiance was the victim in the first incident.
Shortly before 2 p.m. today, deputies responded to the residence a second time along route 772.
The caller told 9-1-1 dispatchers that his fiancé’s brother attempted to stab him with a fork.
Deputies say the incident remains under investigation.
No names have been released in the two altercations.
