ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A woman is okay after a tree fell upon her while she was driving down a back country road.
It happened at about 8:30 p.m. Monday night in the 3000 block of Rozelle Creek Road in Ross County.
A woman was driving a small pickup around a curve when a man was on his property cutting down a tree. Just as the woman was turning the curve, the man had made enough cut into the tree that it started to fall, falling right on-top of the woman driving down the road. The woman was not hurt.
She told law enforcement that the man immediately began cutting up the tree around her in the middle of the road with a chainsaw like “nothing ever happened” as she was very upset, yelling obscenities at the man.
Medics checked the woman out and she’s expected to be okay.
Rozelle Creek was closed while debris was cleaned up.
