NORMAN, Oklahoma — The threat of severe weather returns to the Scioto Valley today.
According to the Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Oklahoma, the entire southern Ohio region remains under a marginal risk for severe storms.
Forecasters say an approaching cold front will trigger showers and storms this afternoon into the early evening hours. High winds and large hail are the primary threat from these storms, but a tornado or two cannot be ruled out.
