WOOD COUNTY, Ohio — A Florida woman is facing several years in prison following a major drug bust in Wood County. 

According to the Ohio Highway Patrol, on September 19, troopers initiated a traffic stop along I-75. Reports say that 32-year-old Paige LaTonya-Katryna Hamilton of Palm Bay, Florida was driving a 2018 Dodge Ram cargo van carrying over $1 million worth of cocaine.  

Troopers said following the search, 33 pounds of the illegal narcotic were seized. 

Hamilton was transported to the Wood County Jail. 

If convicted, she could spend the next two decades behind bars.
