ATHENS COUNTY, Ohio — According to the Athens County Sheriff’s Office, on Friday, agents with the Southeast Major Crimes Task Force conducted a warrant roundup in the county.  

Chief Investigator Jay Barrett, members of the Athens County Prosecutor’s Office Investigative Unit, Ohio Adult Parole Authority, Deputies with the Athens County Sheriff’s Office, Glouster Police Department, and Agents from the Southeastern Major Crimes Task Force arrested three individuals with outstanding warrants. They were transported to the Southeastern Regional Jail, where they remain in custody.

Arrested were: 

  • Barry D. Meadows, age 37, from Logan, Ohio was arrested on an outstanding warrant/adult parole holder. 
  • Jessica L. Miller, age 41, from Glouster, Ohio was arrested on an outstanding warrant/adult parole holder. 
  • Penny A. Hudnall, age 61, from Jacksonville, Ohio was arrested for Aggravated Possession of Drugs. 

A fourth individual, Randall Deeds Jr., 35, of Glouster, remains at large. Sheriff Rodney Smith says Deeds has pending warrants for possession and burglary.
