GALLIA COUNTY, Ohio – Prosecuting Attorney Jason D. Holdren announced today that the Gallia County Grand Jury met in January 2023 and returned indictments for several individuals, who now face a range of felony charges.
Jason D. Carey, age 45, of Bidwell, Ohio, was indicted on one count of Tampering with Evidence, a felony of the third degree, and one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), a felony of the third degree. Rick T. Ngo, age 26, of Key Largo, Florida, was indicted on one count of Counterfeiting, a felony of the third degree; two counts of Counterfeiting, felonies of the fourth degree; and one count of Attempted Counterfeiting, a felony of the fifth degree.
Erica A. Livingston, age 25, of Decatur, Illinois, was indicted on one count of Counterfeiting, a felony of the third degree; and two counts of Counterfeiting, felonies of the fourth degree. Michael D. Johnson, age 30, of Decatur, Illinois, was indicted on one count of Counterfeiting, a felony of the third degree; four counts of Complicity to Counterfeiting, felonies of the fourth degree; and one count of Complicity to Attempted Counterfeiting, a felony of the fifth degree.
Raymond W. L. Weaver, age 23, of Gallipolis, Ohio, was indicted on three counts of Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor, felonies of the fourth degree. Logan C. Wamsley, age 31, of Gallipolis, Ohio, was indicted on one count of Receiving Stolen Property, a felony of the fourth degree; and one count of Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, a felony of the fourth degree. Wayne A. Donovsky, age 48, of Gallipolis, Ohio, was indicted on one count of Trespass in a Habitation, a felony of the fourth degree.
James A. Rose, age 38, of Defiance, Ohio, was indicted on one count of Failure to Appear, a felony of the fourth degree. James Cavender II, age 34, of Columbus, Ohio, was indicted on one count of Failure to Appear, a felony of the fourth degree. Harry O. Hudson, age 43, of Crown City, Ohio, was indicted on one count of Failure to Appear, a felony of the fourth degree. Ryan Curtis, age 32, of Vinton, Ohio, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), a felony of the fifth degree.
According to Holdren, the cases against those indicted will proceed in the Gallia County Common Pleas Court.
