Jan Michael Truman, age 42, of South Salem, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly at home on Thursday, February 23, 2023.
He was born October 12, 1980 in Hillsboro, Ohio the son of Donald Ray and Roberta Ethna (Sparks) Truman.
He was a 1999 graduate of Edward Lee McClain High School.
He is survived by two sons, Hayden Lee Smith of Hillsboro, Avery Michael Truman of Greenfield; one daughter, Adriane Nicole Truman of Greenfield; mother of his children, Brooke Truman of Greenfield; mother, Roberta Hollar of South Salem; one sister, Jennifer Rae (Joseph) Williams of South Point; two uncles, David Sparks (Eldeana Phillips) of Greenfield, Garry Sparks of Blanchester; one aunt, Nora (Greg) Coleman of Greenfield; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Truman; and his stepfather, Kevin Hollar.
A private funeral service will be at the convenience of the family at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield.
