Granville M. “Mike” Cox, 89, of Stoutsville passed away on February 23, 2023.
He was born on October 6, 1933 in Chillicothe to Ernest and Gladys (McCartney) Cox.
He was an Army Veteran.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Shirley (Sheppard) Cox and siblings Ernest Cox, Carlene Arledge, Ada Speakman, Robert Cox, Lawrence Cox, Roger Cox and Jack Cox.
Mike is survived by his son Scott and Don “Mike” Cox, grandchildren Justin, Shawn, Kaylen and Kristen, great grandchildren Dylan, Emma, Blake, Greyson, Rosie, Serenity and Mia and by brother Jerry (Marcia) Cox and sister Sondra Smith.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with burial to follow in Forest Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday from 4-7 p.m.
