CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Route 23 was closed on Monday after a Jeep overturned.
It happened in Ross County on route 23 near route 207 at around 5 p.m.
Troopers on the scene reported that a Jeep rolled, the top came off, and a female driver was trapped inside.
The northbound lanes of the highway were closed as crews worked the scene.
