CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Thoryn Sizemore, a local man, will learn his fate today in court.
Sizemore was indicted last year on one count of gross sexual imposition. The victim was under the age of 13 at the time of the incident, according to court documents obtained by The Guardian.
Sizemore has been in custody at the Ross County Jail since December.
Earlier this month, he pled guilty to the charge of gross sexual imposition. The charge carries a potential sentence of one to five years in an Ohio prison. In addition, Sizemore will have to register as a sex offender.
