CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — The Ross County Health District has released its recent restaurant inspection report, which includes an incident involving Los Mariachis on 28 Stoneridge Drive.
The restaurant received a complaint stating that a child was given sour milk between 6-8 PM on February 26, 2023.
During the complaint investigation on February 28, 2023, the person in charge (PIC) was made aware of the incident. The inspector reviewed the proper cold holding temperatures and date marking and found that the restaurant was following proper holding temperatures at the time of the inspection.
The spoiled milk had already been discarded after the incident. As a result, the complaint has been abated, officials said.
