FAYETTE COUNTY, Ohio — An alleged drug house in Washington Court House has been shut down, officials said. 

Police executed a narcotics search warrant at a property located at 726 S. North Street on March 5.  

The operation was carried out by members of the Police Departments Special Response Team, along with detectives.

According to the Washington Court House Police Department, officers found over $400 in cash, 20+ grams of narcotics, illegal pills, and a large amount of drug paraphernalia. 

Two individuals were arrested as a part of the raid. Authorities have not released their identities yet.  

Authorities said they credited the success of the operation to the hard work of officers, intelligence, and tips from the community.
