PIKE COUNTY, Ohio — The Community Action Committee of Pike County (CAC) is pleased to announce the upcoming “Mother’s Day Painting Party: A Painting Fundraiser” event, hosted by the Events Committee of CAC. This event is open to the public and will take place on Wednesday, May 10th, from 6 pm to 8 pm, at the Pike County Senior Center, located at 402 Clough Street in Waverly.

The painting party will focus on creating beautiful floral images, and all necessary painting supplies will be provided for the participants. The event will be instructed by Scioto County artist, Charles Haskins, who will be available to offer assistance and guidance to all attendees.

To participate in the event, registration is required by Monday, May 8th. The fee for adults is $20, and for those aged 13 and younger, it is $15. All payments are to be made payable to the Community Action Committee of Pike County. The proceeds from this event will go towards funding future community events, such as Trunk-or-Treat, Reindeer Games, Easter Egg Hunt, and other exciting activities organized by the Events Committee.
