CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — A Chillicothe man will be arraigned today in the Ross County Court of Common Pleas following an indictment on child pornography-related charges.
According to court records, Franklin Doyle III, was indicted on March 10, charged with two counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor, one count of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, and seven counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity- material.
Investigators say in September of 2022, Doyle allegedly downloaded multiple files containing several images of children.
Detectives were alerted to the images by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Doyle was taken into custody yesterday and remains incarcerated at the Ross County Jail.
