WAVERLY, Ohio — The Pike County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a 30-year-old woman named Victoria Tester (Holsinger), who is considered armed and dangerous.
Tester is described as 5’1″ and 110 lbs with dirty blond hair. She was last seen in the area of Route 220 and Strickland Road wearing a light pink colored shirt. The sheriff’s office has not released information as to why she is wanted.
At this time, a photo of Tester has yet to be released.
Anyone with information on Tester’s whereabouts is urged to call 911. The Guardian will update this story once new information is made available.
