ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A frightening home invasion occurred on Seelig Lane, Sunday, where several black males reportedly entered a residence and began ransacking it, looking for items of value.
According to a female caller, who fled to a neighbor’s house and called 911, the males were armed with rifles and handguns. The caller stated that the males were calling out to a male resident of the address, but he was not home at the time.
During the incident, the suspects allegedly stole several items of jewelry and $248 in cash, as per the caller. Deputies were dispatched to the scene in response to the active robbery. The authorities have filed a report on this matter, and an investigation is currently underway. No further information is available at this time.
