NORMAN, Oklahoma — The Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Oklahoma, says severe weather, including a few tornadoes, is possible this afternoon.
Meteorologists with the SPC have placed a large portion of the region under the threat of severe storms. A system, forecasters said, is expected to move across the area late this afternoon. Enough instability and lift are expected to trigger the storms.
High winds, large hail, and a few isolated tornadoes will be possible.
