ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A single-vehicle crash shutdown Massieville Road early Sunday morning.

It happened at around 1:45 a.m. in front of 2125 Massieville Road.
The small vehicle had turned the corner off Trego Creek, hit an embankment, and overturned multiple times. The driver was not seriously hurt but was checked out by EMS.
The force of the crash was so impactful that the exhaust and the catalytic converter went flying off the car into opposite directions, creating a debris field a quarter mile long.
The Veteran Affairs Fire Department assisted the local township at the scene.
Neighbors reported to troopers that the vehicle was seen “speeding up and down and racing another car” on the road “all night” before the crash.
