ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — This morning, deputies responded to a call regarding a man who was reportedly screaming and firing a gun near a residence on County Road 550. The caller informed the authorities that their neighbor in the 7000 block was creating a disturbance by screaming and shooting a gun. Upon arriving at the scene, deputies commenced their efforts to locate the individual.
After a while, deputies located the man inside another residence. Based on initial reports, the deputies used a public address (PA) system to urge the man to come out of the house.
After nearly three hours, one person was apprehended and taken into custody by the authorities. At this time, the man’s identity has not been disclosed. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in connection with the incident. The investigation is ongoing, and the Guardian will provide further updates once additional details become available.
