ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A wanted woman from Galveston, Texas, is behind bars today in Ross County after being arrested Thursday evening.
According to the Chillicothe Police Department, officers were working security at the Sherman Park apartment complex when they spotted a group of individuals known to have active warrants out of the city.
The group left the apartments but was stopped by additional officers.
In the report provided to the Guardian, officers searched the vehicle and found that all four occupants had outstanding warrants. Drug paraphernalia was also located inside the vehicle.

Arrested were 36-year-old Tiara Hambrick-Driggs, 31-year-old Kassandra Ivy, and 42-year-old Shabaka Ivy. Additionally, 34-year-old Samantha J. Hammond, of Galveston, Texas, was also arrested. Hammond was wanted in Texas for a probation violation on dangerous drugs and additional charges for escape.
Samantha Hammond remains in custody at the Ross County Jail pending extradition back to Texas.
