ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A person was seriously injured in an ATV crash in Ross County on Friday night.
It happened at around 9 p.m. in the 200 block of Copperas Mountain when a person crashed a four-wheeler. When medics arrived, the person was unconscious but breathing from injuries sustained in the accident. MedFlight was requested to fly the patient to a Columbus-area hospital.
The ambulance drove to the local helipad, where the medical helicopter met them and took over patient care.
The victim’s name and the events leading up to the crash were not immediately released.
