ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A night of terror unfolded on Friday night, leaving two individuals hospitalized as a result of a disturbing series of incidents. The chaos ensued when a man’s rampage infiltrated a local residence, prompting a response from law enforcement.

According to a social media post shared by the family of the victims, the harrowing ordeal began around 9:30 PM when an intruder forcefully entered the victims’ home on Blain Highway, wielding a hammer. The assailant assaulted the residents, leaving them injured and traumatized. Shockingly, this marked only the beginning of his violent spree, as he reportedly targeted four other houses in the vicinity, perpetuating a reign of terror.

The perpetrator, the family said, manipulated the two residents goodwill, fabricating a story of a motor accident in an attempt to gain entry before launching his brutal assault.
