ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A man died in Ross County while hunting after a medical emergency.
Deputies were called to woods in Ross County, where a man was hunting had suffered a medical emergency. He was undergoing CPR by his mother, who is an ICU Nurse. Despite the efforts of the mother and another individual, including Epinephrine administration, the victim was pronounced deceased upon arrival at the hospital.
The incident unfolded as the man was hunting with his 12-year-old son and a friend. He reportedly complained of chest pain, prompting a call for emergency assistance. The hunting lodge operators secured firearms, and despite the swift response, the outcome was tragically fatal.
The man reportedly suffered from underlying health conditions.
