ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — Ross County Auditor Jeff Lehner and Treasurer David Jeffers have extended an invitation to Ross County children, urging them to partake in the festive decoration of their downtown Chillicothe offices for Christmas.
Treasurer Jeffers commended the Commissioners for adorning the Courthouse’s exterior and expressed the desire to replicate the joy indoors for the local children.
“Christmas is a special time of year and and the Commissioners have once again done a great job decorating the Courthouse’s exterior for the public to enjoy,” said Jeffers. “Jeff and I thought of this as a way to do the same inside and provide Ross County kids with a fun Christmas opportunity.”
Auditor Lehner emphasized the universal appeal of Christmas and coloring, encouraging kids to contribute to the festive ambiance.
Lehner added,” Two things every kid loves: Christmas and coloring. We’ll have this place looking great for Christmas with a little help!”
Printable Christmas coloring sheets can be accessed on the Ross County Auditor’s website at http://auditor.rosscountyohio.gov, and submissions are welcome at the offices located at 2 N Paint St in Chillicothe.
