ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A gas station in Kingston was burglarized overnight.
Law enforcement responded to a breaking and entering complaint at Kingston Marathon gas station. The caller reported witnessing two men busting a window and gaining entry to the business before walking away with stolen items.
Upon arrival, deputies observed a broken front window with a three-foot opening, scattered items on the floor, and a broken glass display case. Photographs were taken for documentation. The witness said the men were wearing light-colored hooded sweatshirts.
The manager was called to the scene, who reported that various vaping devices were stolen.
Deputies dusted for prints, obtaining a partial shoe print on the window ledge and possible fingerprints on the inside window trim. Lifts were collected for evidence.
The investigation continues as law enforcement works to identify the suspects and assess the extent of the stolen property.
