STOUTSVILLE, Ohio — Emergency crews were dispatched today shortly after 1:30 p.m. to tackle a barn fire that erupted in the 7000 block of Oakland-Stoutsville Rd.

Officials said upon arrival firefighters were met with a challenging scene—heavy fire engulfing the front of a sizable 300’x40’ barn.

No serious injuries were reported, and fire crews were able to put out the flames before the fire spread to the adjacent areas.

Multiple departments were involved in fighting the blaze.
