JACKSON COUNTY, Ohio — The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office has announced the closure of portions of Route 279 near Oak Hill.
The closure is due to a fire in the area of Route 279 between Moriah and CH&D Road.
Motorists are advised to find an alternative route.
