  • Ericka Robertson (40), Portsmouth, OH
  • Yani White (26), Portsmouth, OH
  • James Woodruff (48), Portsmouth, OH
  • Cathy Wiggins (50), South Shore, KY

Drug-Related Charges:

  • Clay Miller (32), Lucasville, OH – Illegal Conveyance of Drugs (2 counts)
  • Josephine Smith (38), Ohio – Illegal Conveyance of Drugs (2 counts), Aggravated Possession of Drugs
  • Kyle Ross (33), Ohio – Illegal Conveyance of Drugs (3 counts), Aggravated Possession of Drugs (2 counts), Possession of Drugs

Domestic Violence Charges:

  • Donald Hall (56), Portsmouth, OH
  • David Beck (50), Portsmouth, OH (2 counts)

Other Charges:

  • Michael Adams (48), Portsmouth, OH – Aggravated Possession of Drugs, Illegal Use or Possession of Drugs
  • Immanuel Manning (31), Columbus, OH – Felonious Assault, Resisting Arrest
