JACKSON, Ohio — Two people were busted this week after Jackson Municipal Court Probation Officers and Jackson-Vinton County Adult Probation Officers performed a routine house check.
Avery S. Ross and Shawna L. Brown were apprehended at 1002 E 14th St in Wellston.
During the house check, suspected narcotics were discovered on Ross, as well as within the residence.
Wellston Police assisted in searching the premises and subsequently turned Ross over to Vinton County on an existing warrant for his arrest.
Shawna Brown was taken into custody during the operation. Brown was found to have a total of five warrants for her arrest for failure to appear in court.
