ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A Ross County man is behind bars after leading deputies on a pursuit. It happened over night in the area of Massieville.
Deputies attempted a traffic stop on Three Locks Road, when the driver, later identified as Ethan Depugh, fled resulting in a pursuit.
The chase eventually ended up on Toad Hollow Road. Deputies, along with the assistance from the Ohio Highway Patrol were able to take Depugh into custody.
He has been charged with failure to comply with police, resisting arrest, obstruction official business, and drug paraphernalia.
He remains in custody at the Ross County Jail with no bond. Authorities say that additional charges are pending in this case.
